The face behind the Business! Hi, I’m Fei and I run the business with my husband Matt. I mainly work behind the scenes now however you will see me in store helping out when needed. Matt is mainly known for completing our collection and delivery rounds however he has now stepped back from this role. We have loved settling into our store in Poundbury and watching our business grow.
Tash joined us back in May 2022 mainly working as part of our Washing Team. Tash has worked her way around all aspects of the business and having completed various training is now our Assistant Manager. You will mainly find Tash working on our reception and out doing collection and deliveries.
Yvonne has been with us since the start back in 2008 when she was our only Ironer working from home! Yvonne moved with us when we opened our store in Poundbury in 2021 and now works as part of our Ironing Team a couple of mornings a week, stepping in to assist on additional days when we are busy.
Chloe joined us back in September 2022 mainly working on our Ironing Team. Chloe is now learning other aspects of our business, such as washing and reception cover.
